@khalled, if I were you, I'd ask on DBTech's site what is the best course of action for you to take.

DBSEO as an option has this:

URL Rewrite History
Change your URL Rewrite Rules without losing ranking
Checks for old URL formats only if no matches are made to existing formats
Stores only one copy of each old URL format for maximum database efficiency
Results are cached in the Datastore for maximum performance

It basically means you can keep old links' ranking and still use new ones. But, how to set this option, better ask on DBTech's site. They probably will help you to do that.
