OK thanks for the comments. Looks like PhotoPost is way ahead of anything else as far as vBulletin integration and is probably the one to go with barring any other suggestions.

Question: I'm not a programmer, but is there any reason that PhotoPost should be coded in perl rather than php (anything that they can do better by writing this in perl) or is it just what the programmer who wrote it was more comfortable with? Not that I have anything against perl, just that it would seem easier to customize/integrate/maintain if everything was in one language rather than half of the forums in php and half (the photo portion) in perl...
