Yeah not too sure what you mean. But, if you want regular back ups perhaps use this mod HERE and create multiple scheduled tasks with it running once for each day?

If you're going to do a back up so often you may want to do it at some time when the forum isn't very active i.e 2am or something so your server isn't overloaded or anything.
