Not really a very helpful response.

Nominet are the official body for UK domains.
In theory you must supply proper contact details, nothing more.

I have many .co.uk domains, and have never done all of that for any of them, they have a name, address and e-mail, thats all they need, and all they get.

(I have never logged into the nominet site, any details are what I supplied at registration).


Nominets own rules state ;

[You must] give and keep us notified of your correct name, postal address and any phone, fax or e-mail information and those of your contacts (if you appoint any, see condition 5.2). This duty includes responding quickly and correctly to any request from us to confirm or correct the information on the register;
