I'm looking for a good photo-post program to allow my forum members to upload photos, automatically create thumbnails using ImageMagick, categorize them, and most importantly, one which shares the user/password db of vBulletin so members of my forum don't have to login twice.

One option which looks perfect is TechIMO PhotoPost from http://www.techimo.com/photopost/

I would really prefer something coded in php rather than perl though. Anyone have any suggestions? It can't be too expensive as my budget is fairly limted for this.
