Need help if anyone has the time in giving any suggestions:

First problem are icon mages.

Checking the icon images in admin - they all exist.
Checked the database url and they exist properly there.

However on the forum www.sportscar-racing.com they show as broken images.

Hovering over the image the url points to http://www.xpower-racing.com/forum/i...cons/icon2.png and not http://www.sportscar-racing.com/foru...cons/icon2.png

Second problem is that when making a post - the options you would normally see are all missing such a centre, image, adding link ect. EDIT: Searching its the editor toolbar is missing.
