All modification with known insecure code on vBulletin.org are temporarily removed until the author corrects the code.

You should be examining your access logs to find out how the intruder entered your site, to the extent and extant of the hack. This is the correct method for closing a security gap on your board.

You can post a list of your modifications and I am sure the users around here might have a few comments, but you will need to be definitive for your own safety.
