This image, with your site URL entered, definitely is a Page Not Found on your site. In fact, going to your site, I don't see a SINGLE image showing up on your site. It's not that I'm getting no permission to see the image, it is simply a Page Not Found. So, the images are definitely not in the correct place. Can you give us a screen shot of your public_html directory (just enough to view the /azskinz directory) and then a screenshot of your /azskinz/dknights4/misc directory (enough to see the navbit-home.png file).
