Blog Attachments could create DB errors in certain scenarios
Announcements module could create PHP warnings in certain scenarios
Invalid input in the config.php file could create a PHP error preventing page execution
The Page Exclusion feature would not accept all RegExp features
In some circumstances, redirects could send you to an incorrect URL
The "Subdomain Style" wasn't being properly enforced in all instances
