So many hugely successful sites ruinning 4.2...huge amount of styles and add ons for it...more features than 3.x.

Sites like mine never looked back after upgrading to vB4.

Sites with established communities on vB3, I can understand not wanting to upgrade as it's a lot of work...but why would you start out on vB3? It doesn't make any sense. vB4 is a high quality, stable and fully-featured product.
