Edit user in ModCP

Hello folks,
hopefully its the right forum.

We have searched forums, addons and articles but not found an answer.
Normally moderators can edit an users images (avatar/profile) and his signature in the ModCP.
We want to ask if its possible that they can also edit the users homepage and what code changes are needed for it.
