InfoPanels v2.1.0

New Features:

WOL "Staff"

Separate usergroup permission to control who is considered "staff"
No longer automatically set based on Show Groups / colour
Allows for finer control of who should be flagged as "Staff"

WOL Avatars

Ability to disable the miniature avatars from WOL
Increases performance for very large forums or forums with a large "online cut-off"
