what do we do with the webhosts who will not turn ON the register_globals? since is OFF by default? let me quote from the php.ini file:

hmmm... i just spoked on the phone with my host. they say that they cannot turn ON the register_globals as a per/user feature. i'm signed with tera-byte.com, probably the best hosting company in canada.
my RAQ is ok for now. i have PHP412 on it so i will be safe for a while. however, they plan to update the 412(patched) to 421 in about 2 months. can we expect a fix in this area related to register_globals and vBulletin?
