Changing hosts can be a real pain in the ass and people should really think about compelling reasons for doing it.

For vB especially, be ever mindful of PHP compatibility, and so on...

For a long time their legacy packages were pretty terrible. And only newer customers rolling onto these packages will have the correct stuff.

The old godaddy plans had insanely out of date php nad MySQL, 5.2.17 and 5.0.19~ respectively.
