In the code, try using:

standard_error('You have exceeded the maximum amount of $100 per bet'); 


rather than

PHP Code:

eval(standard_error(fetch_error('vbookie_exceeded_max_bet'))); 


and forget about the phrases - at least to check that it works the way you want.
