The rules in this thread are clear-

You either post a nomination for your own site, or you quote one to three nominations and post "Seconded" or "+2."

Those are the only things that should be posted in this thread. No questions, no explanations, no praises. If you say "Nice site" or "good job" or anything else except "seconded / +2" then it does not count as a second.
