Hello everyone.

On our forum, new members are placed under observation and to avoid entries made solely for the purpose of sending spam by MP, receiving and sending PM are impossible with these new members to the 11th message.
The moderator may, however, impose a punishment, and the administrator can send a PM to the new member.

This then poses a problem because the member can not then respond by MP. How so he could in any case be able to send a PM to the moderators and administrators, but the limitation remains however with the other management groups (no other member can not send him MP, and himself same can not send) except with moderators and administrators.
