You can use an htaccess file so users can use the correct URL and if they try to use the wrong one it will direct them to the one you want
Something like this

RewriteEngine on
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^website.com [NC]
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://www.website.com/$1 [R=301,L]
