vBDownloads v2.3.1

(Pro) Quick Permissions Setup

Accessible from the Manage Categories list
Apply permissions to all categories quicky
Select what usergroups should have these category permissions

Bug Fixes:

In certain scenarios, the "user" column did not get altered correctly, leading to a defunct downloads page
