This mod is not the cause of that problem, as this mod does not open any new MySQL queries.

But i have some questions.

How can i delete some example advertisement tables from "Banner Space Locator"
for example, if i want remove the "Archive page" from advertising, is it possible??

You can simply not add banner spaces for the ad locations you do not wish to serve ads from, and advertises will not be able to buy advertisements there
