How do I add groups in bulletin 4.2.1? I see how to create categories, but can't figure out how to add individual groups to a group category. For instance Group Category is Political discussions and I want to add Conservatives, Liberals, Independents, Libertarians, and Apoliticals groups to the group category Political discussions.
