This ended up being pretty easy and I am all set. The issue I was having was the nameservers I was using did not support these. This is what was confusing me because I had everything set up but tests were not showing my corrections.

I ended up creating custom name servers and all is well now.

Just a waring guys.. If you have a big site and send out emails you guys better do this stuff. Google and Live and some others are clamping down on email and blacklisting sites just for not having things set up correctly.

Be sure to sue reverse ip mapping. domain keys and have an spf record. Dmark policy would also help.
