There is still nothing showing up in the page source which means either the template is blank or it is calling a non-existing template.

edit: I just noticed the page source is looking for the template "converstation_fields" You have spelled it wrong in your plugin (or you gave the template the wrong name - one of those). In my tutorial, I call it the "conversation_fields" template. So, double-check your template names.
