not sure what's going on here, but it seems that the mod is looking for that css file, but no such file exist in that folder...

do you have this style folder style000041 if yes do you have the file dbtech_vbsuper_pm_postbit.css inside it. As that file pulls two images from that style dbtech/vbsuper_pm/images/vbsuperpmpostbit.png
dbtech/vbsuper_pm/images/vbsuperpmpostbit_hover.png
that are these two
