I have a client who wants separate/independent forums run by special people (in a usergroup called Directors). that part is done and easy.

they want the ability to ban/moderate within their own forum space and i'm wondering if it's possible to create my own version of the modCP with the same functionality more or less that i'm able to give to them without making them moderators in the true sense. make sense?
