At this point in time, I see no reason to stick with vB3 unless the site is customised heavily with modifications that have no vB4 equivalent or were custom written (to the point where it would cost thousands to hire a competent coder to update them).

This is also reflected in the sales and usage figures we have available to us, the percentage of vB3 customers is dwindling. Knowing that, it's certainly hard to justify spending man-hours converting a FREE mod to vB3
