Although I can appreciate your urgency and even sympathize with your situation PM'ing, unfortunately, doesn't really help you.
The main reason a post is not answered is because it does not contain enough information for anyone to really assist. The second would be that no one at the present time has any familiarity with the problem.
In my case, I do not use vb3 or vbseo. At best, I can only offer a mediocre answer and it is this realization that tells me to move on to the next question, even if I wished to assist. In other-words, if I cannot be successful in answering your question -- should I be using my time in this fashion.
I have become familiar with vb3 source code, but in general there are many others on vBulletin.org that are definitely more qualified in this area to assist you. All the charitable volunteer members I know on vbulletin.org try never to ignore other members posts.
If your question is not being answered, add more content explain your situation with more depth, provide more data and especially list what remedies you have tried. That is a big eye catcher for us trying to assist and we will usually make an extra effort.
It is hard to help the guys that just writes "I need help", it is kind of comical really. They leave a five word sentence and would like us to use 20 minutes of our time trying to play a guessing game to what they are actually looking for.
Anyway, I know this does not answer your question, but at least you will understand you are not being ignored and why PM'ing does not help.

The PM's really do not upset me. I just usually do not answer them because the board member has not added anymore content on his initial issue.
Take Care.
