I had the old VBSEO 3.0 plugin and i uninstalled it. as soon as I did the templates in 2 sections of my site went haywire. The plugin is not to be found anywhere, even tried google. Is there a way to fox my templates?

Actually ALL sections went haywire only the main page kept it like it should. I need help please

Guys please help me out here im going ballistic.
Is there a way to only restore all the templates from a previous backup file I have?
Its like 4 months old and I dont do a full backup because will lose A LOT of information.
Is there a way to just fix the template with an old backup? Pleaseeeee Im desperate

was told to upload the install folder and run the upgrade script. It fixed some but its still messed up.
