You have an invalid forum block with an invalid block type ID -- unfortunately just what it says. Disable your forum blocks one by one till you find the block with the invalid code. In the "ACP-->Forum BLock Manager", you can purge the cache and reload the block ID's, just in case corruption occurred in the cache for some reason. If you just added a new forum block look at it closely, it would be suspect. This could also happen if you added a new modification too. Sorry, that is all I can conclude from what you have given me.
