This mod is blocking the reading of PMs by users if Post Count Limit is set to block that user from sending PMs.

I currently have a "Welcome" PM sent to all new users. Currently the mod is blocking them all from viewing it because they don't have the minimum Post Count (10) set to send a PM.

If I set "Post Count Requirement - Enable/Disable?" to NO, users can then read the message, but this then bypasses the limit I want set for users to send a PM.
