This can happen if you are running an AdminCP menu "improvement" mod, I believe there are a few of those around. They allow you to reorder the ACP menu, but new items have to be manually inserted into this mod.

Furthermore, your attitude puts me off actually helping you. You are coming off as entitled, which is actually really upsetting. Please do not forget that you are not dealing with a faceless corporation, but rather a small collection of human beings, myself being responsible for 30+ products.
