If some one has a problem and posts it in the forum looking for help, there's going to be let's say 50 others with a like problem hanging on the out come of the thread. To take this person off in to a private chat is not helping others to resolve a like problem. Besides the more input you get on a problem, the more the odds of one or more of them having an answer that works.
It's like having a shout box on a forum. If everybody's posting in the shout box, what's the point of having a forum?

Yes Sir but, I would hope Teamspeak would be used in the manner that some are using Skype now. Not for one on one support for every issue. I would and could list all the possible situations that would benefit by using a tool such as Teamspeak but I feel you already know what those situations would or could be.
Here is the vision I have of the idea situation to use Teamspeak. A new vbulletin user that has little or no experience comes on the forum needing help. Usually such a person won't understand even the simplest instructions because they don't even know the difference between a header and a footer. Rather than go back and forwards and have the guy or gal get frustrated, get on Teamspeak and in real time you can guide that person in a more productive manner.
At no time should it be used instead of these forums but I have seen many, many times it would have been a blessing to be able to actually talk one on one with such a person.
I invasion all vb admins, moderators, and other higher echelon support personnel having admin accounts on such a Teamspeak server. There could be a lobby area set up for John Q. Public and another area that is pass-worded and only accessible to those given admin rights. Several areas (we gamers call them rooms) could be used either privately or publicly as the admin would see fit.
I could go on and on with the ways and reasons I think Teamspeak would be an asset to this community. But in no way should it be used instead of these forums. I think if anything it would become a great asset.
