The idiot has drawn far more attention to the page he wanted to forget than google could ever have done.

This case was brought against Google UK, which Google said it did not have any control over, what the court ruled was that Google cannot sit in it's ivory tower in California and claim to have no control over what it's UK and other World subsidiaries are doing.
