vBulletin is text/html that is a bad choice.

That's what I was thinking. Take out the ExpiresDefault "access plus 1 year" too. It's not litespeed cache that's doing this, it's browser cache.

You have to add some specific rules and a plugin to get the litespeed cache to work with vbulletin. The link is for vbseo, but the concept is the same for dbseo.
