vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Anyway to use cache to save bandwidth and speed up site?

I have a feeling my site isn't taking advantage of caching and could be more efficient.
We average about 3000 visits per day and 100k pages according to awstats (not the best I know).
Averaging about 4gigs of data per day. Doesn't that seem excessively high?

Is there anything I can do to make the site more efficient?
I have gzip on and also external CSS.
