I am looking for a modification for certain user/usergroups can mass pm an entire user group.

For instance, I would like for a user group "Officers" to be able to send a mass PM to user group "Recruit".

I would like this done through the PM system and not the admin panel. I have looked on vbulletin.org for awhile now, done searches and it seems the only modifications for something like this are either not for vb 4, or are done through the admin panel. I am sure I am not the only person who would like certain members to be able to message an entire user group.
