but this dosnt do what i want

, the thing i need is : if a user report a normal thread, then that thread should get a thread perfix as [ Reported Thread ] - Titel of thread , so we moderators at forum can check out that thread easy, please

or atleast is it possible to make user avaible to edit only perfix ? like if i post a thread with few links on it , and when the links die then user can change perfix , also they must not be avaible to edit the post content , only perfix !
