Can anyone who's installed this mod share there experience with it? Did they generate sales etc?

Currently use Adsense and intend to keep using it long term, however would like the option for people to buy directly (either to go above the 3 ad limit of Adsense, or just to maximize income).
I get enough emails to our webmaster address and on our facebook page asking to buy ad space so this plugin could take care of that need without having to put lots of time behind it
