That appears to be a textbox for a shoutbox, so you would need to ask in the mod's thread.

Also just because you did not get a answer in five hours, does not mean you should come back to the thread and ask, " Can nobody solve this? "

We all do this on a volunteer basis, and have lives outside of this forum.
