vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Banned someone, but it doesn't solve the problem at all!

I resently banned a member by account.
10 minutes later he had a new account, so i banned his IP address also.

The problem is now:
His ISP has a DHCP lease of 2 weeks.
This means in 2 weeks (or less) he has a new IP address, and can annoy us again.

What can i do about this exept "miserable users" (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=231106), and blocking his IP every 2 weeks?
