sorry but ive to say . its bullshit app.
overloads forum even more then vbseo..
even with addon disabled!!
so if you have big board dont install...

you should upgrade performance fix large querys delete not important options etc. than publish or give notice to use only in small shared hosting sites.

vB Optimise from you much better addon...
