My web site http://www.bayothg.com/index.php running on V 4.1.10 has a Navbar link called My Laps.
Please advise how I can edit the link to show up when both logged out and logged in.
The attachment shows that when logged out the My Laps button is missing. Can this be fixed and how?

Also, how do I change or add a new navbar button? It's been many years since I created the navbar, now I forgot how to make changes as it's been a few years.
