I use them and never had an issue but I also work there so my feedback is slightly biased not even going to lie about it so with that being said take my feedback w/ a grain of salt

Also ticket replies are quick, I was out of power for 4 days so even without me they had plenty of staff to take care of tickets (in other words imho it puts ones mind at ease to know it's not one guy pretending to be five to ten people lol, its a professional hosting company with quite a few employees).
