I reinstalled this hoping that it would work on vB4.2.2
Used mp3 file, still no sound with mod enabled.
is there something I have to manually edit/add in the header template?
I'm confused. I'd get the 'pro'/premium version but not until this works =S

ETA: it took a little while (half hour or so) but the sound is now playing. However, now my user's general settings look like this:
