Now if you had a bad experience you can still leave feedback but it must be short+simple i.e.

"Codername took on the job, it was not completed (at all OR on time) and we parted on (good/bad/decent) terms. I'm still looking etc etc"

We do not want to see "This guy ripped me off, what a scam/cheat/hypocrite and I have the chat logs to prove it" or anything of that nature so basically you must behave and act professional when providing feedback
