My groups makes trades, and I want a rating & feedback system IS there one for 5.0?

Hi,

Members of my group make trades and I would like the users to be able to rate and give feedback to one another. I have searched for a MOD and could not find one.

I thought of a temporary fix. Is there a way to leave a comment on a users profile that they are not able to EDIT, Hide or Delete? If we can make the comments so the user can not alter them, this would work for a feedback system.
