Ok some real interesting discovery. Yes, the /testpage url brings up the page I created. But here is the interesting part. The Page Map box does not display the names of the newly created pages, but the "You are Here" pointer points to where the page name should be listed, but the screen is BLANK in that area. I also noticed that while slowly dragging the mouse from top to bottom in that blank area, the mouse turns to a pointing finger off and on as it goes down. And if I click on one of the blank spots, a previously created page loads up. So the newly created pages are there in the Page Map box, but their names do not appear. And it does the same thing whether I have the site active or not. See the attached screen shot.
