They charge a base price for items, such as $11.99 for a t-shirt. Then you can set whatever price you want on the item, say $13.99. And then you keep whatever is over the base price -- $2.00 in this case.

The question is how many t-shirts/hats/mugs can you sell, and at what price, so that you can make money?

It's a great service, though -- no having to buy things in a gross and then sell them one at a time. It's perfect for a group or small business that can't afford to build an inventory.
