so i have a problem kind of.

I installed a mod that gives a notification upon new post in thread that you are subscribed to. and i made it so when people register they automatically have the setting default Thread Subscription Mode set to: no email notification. which means any thread they make or reply in, they automatically are subscribed.

the problem is, when a person posts in a thread, they are subscribed to it, and they get a notification about their own post they just made....

I was wondering, could this be fixed somehow, like, could the post button have an additional function, that it runs the main posting function, and then it "marks thread as read" right after, eliminating the notification?
will this work?
