sounds like a plugin...
I had almost the same today.
I have this plugin installed: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=296383
And today my IP was changed. Thank god there are 3 people who can access the admincp

Fun thing about this plugin is: when you globaly disable plugins in the config file, you can enter the ACP, but cannot save the new IP in that plugin. The save button is then gone haha.
